Delivery Information


The Helmet Warehouse uses TOLL IPEC as our main freight provider.  We DO NOT ship to PO Box or Parcel Collect. We Also DO NOT ship to any Overseas Destination

Orders require a signature upon delivery. If the delivery is attempted and no-one is there to sign for it, the parcel will be either sent back to the couriers depot or if the courier deems it safe they will leave parcel in a safe location.

  • It is crucial that your delivery address is correct. Please double check you have entered the correct address prior to submitting your order. A redirection fee from $40 minimum is charged for any change of address.

Please keep in mind orders can take between 1-4  working days before dispatch. This is depending if the product is currently in stock, or if we must order the item in from the Importer to fulfill your order.

A tracking number will be provided to your email address as soon as the order has been marked as Shipped. 


Due to bushfires across the country, the arrival and departure of freight may be delayed out of The Helmet Warehouses control. Our couriers are working very hard to navigate the best route to get your parcel to you as promptly as possible. We thank you for your understanding.
