The Helmet Warehouse uses Australia Post as our main freight provider.
Orders require a signature upon delivery. If the delivery is attempted and no-one is there to sign for it, the parcel will be returned to a local Post Office for collection.
- It is crucial that your delivery address is correct. Please double check you have entered the correct address prior to submitting your order. A redirection fee from $20 minimum is charged for any change of address.
Please keep in mind orders can take between 1-5 business days to dispatch. This depends if the item purchased is currently in stock or requires to be ordered in from one of our local distributors warehouse. PLEASE CALL OUR WAREHOUSE TO CHECK STOCK AVAILABILITY PRIOR TO ORDERING.
A tracking number will be provided to your email address as soon as the order has been packed and marked as Shipped ready for courier pick up. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking details to be updated in Australia Post System.

ALL parcels are sent with signature upon delivery, card left if not home to pick up from the POST OFFICE unless stated otherwise on customer order notes.

Due to the current circumstances across the country, means record numbers of people are shopping online. This has caused an unprecedented surge in parcel deliveries. Australia Post have been affected due to high volumes and restrictions. Fewer passenger flight means less air freight capacity. Many domestic routes are currently suspended, and remaining routes have much lower frequencies.
