  • ARE THE PRODUCTS LISTED ONLINE AVAILABLE IN STORE TOO?

    As much as we would love to carry absolutely everything we list online in store too, it is impossible. We may not stock particular items in store, which means it would need to be ordered in from the importer. This can take between 1-3 working days. If an item is online and we are unable to source it from the importer we will notify you of a time frame of expected delivery. These time frames can change without notice, but we will endeavour to keep you updated in regards to your order.

    If you would like to check stock availability, please don't hesitate to contact us directly via our contact us page or phone call.


  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

    Check your spam or junk folder, sometimes our emails may end up here. If not, please contact us directly so we can find your order.


  • HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    If the item is currently in stock in the dispatch warehouse, time frames will be between 1-7 working days (depending on location). If the item is out of stock and is required to be ordered in from the importer, your order status will be "awaiting stock" which can take between 1-3 business days for dispatch.

    You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order status has been marked as "shipped".

    APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME FRAME:
    Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Canberra - 1 to 2 business days
    Adelaide, Hobart, Perth - 2 to 4 business days
    Rural NSW, VIC & QLD - 2 to 5 business days
    Rural WA, NT, SA & TAS - 3 to 7 business days

  • WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DO YOUR HELMETS HAVE?
    The Helmet Warehouse carry both the Australian/New Zealand Standard: AS/NZS 1698 and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Regulation No22: UNECE22.05. If you receive a helmet with the AS/NZS 1698 helmet standard, you will have a sticker on the rear of the helmet. If you receive a ECE22.05 standard helmet, you will find a small tag attached to the helmet chin strap. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT REMOVE YOUR CERTIFICATION STICKER OR TAG.

  • WHAT IS A SECURITY VERIFICATION CHECK?

    Online stores are a large target for people using stolen credit card information. The Helmet Warehouse are all about protecting others from having their hard earned funds stolen and protecting our business from fraudulent purchases.

    If you have processed an order online and have chosen the Credit Card (eWAY) payment option, The Helmet Warehouse will conduct a verification procedure prior to dispatching your order. This is to verify that the customer making the online order is also the cardholder. As soon as you are verified, your order will be dispatched.

    If you wish for a faster transaction process, please use the PayPal payment option for a secure and faster process.


  • PRICING POLICY

    The Helmet Warehouse will not be held responsible or honour any pricing or product information that has been incorrectly put on the website. All prices, product information and specifications are correct to the best of our knowledge, provided by manufacturers. The Helmet Warehouse reserve the right to change specifications, product information and pricing at any time without notice. All pricing and transactions are in Australian dollars.
