Returns Policy

If you have made your purchase online, please lodge a return request here.

Application for return of goods must be submitted within 7 days from date of delivery.


THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND BY THE HELMET WAREHOUSE:

  • Helmets
  • Electricals
  • Used Items
  • Clearance Items
  • Special Ordered Items* 10% restock fee of the recommended retail incurs if The Helmet Warehouse has ordered your item in from the Importer. 


IF YOUR RETURN APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED:

  • Item being returned must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging
  • Item must be returned to The Helmet Warehouse within 7 days

The returned item will be investigated in person once it arrives. Should the returned item not meet the requirements and have been used, damaged and not in original condition - The Helmet Warehouse reserve the right to refuse the item returned and charge return postage costs back to the customer.


FREIGHT CHARGES:

Freight charges incurred in returning items back to The Helmet Warehouse will be at the customers expense (unless The Helmet Warehouse is at fault)


IMPORTANT: WHY THE HELMET WAREHOUSE DOES NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON MOTORCYCLE HELMETS:

Helmets are a crucial safety item whilst riding a motorcycle. The Helmet Warehouse values our customers safety and will not sell a used or damaged helmet. Once a helmet leaves our warehouse, we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the helmet. Therefore, we do not exchange or refund helmets!
