Application for return of goods must be submitted within 7 days from date of delivery.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND BY THE HELMET WAREHOUSE:
- Used Items
- Clearance Items
- Special Ordered Items* 10% restock fee of the recommended retail incurs if The Helmet Warehouse has ordered your item in from the Importer.
IF YOUR RETURN APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED:
- Item being returned must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging
- Item must be returned to The Helmet Warehouse within 7 days
The returned item will be investigated in person once it arrives. Should the returned item not meet the requirements and have been used, damaged and not in original condition - The Helmet Warehouse reserve the right to refuse the item returned and charge return postage costs back to the customer.
Freight charges incurred in returning items back to The Helmet Warehouse will be at the customers expense (unless The Helmet Warehouse is at fault)
IMPORTANT: WHY THE HELMET WAREHOUSE DOES NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON MOTORCYCLE HELMETS:
Helmets are a crucial safety item whilst riding a motorcycle. The Helmet Warehouse values our customers safety and will not sell a used or damaged helmet. Once a helmet leaves our warehouse, we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the helmet. Therefore, we do not exchange or refund helmets!
