Returns Policy

APPLICATION FOR RETURN REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. RETURNS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED IF NOT SUBMITTED WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME. ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REQUEST.

The Helmet Warehouse DO NOT ACCEPT exchange or refund on the following items:

  • Intercoms

  • Masks/Thermal wear

  • Helmet Liners & Visors

  • Gift Vouchers

(Unless the rare circumstance the incorrect item has been sent or a warranty claim)

 

HELMET EXCHANGE:

The Helmet Warehouse will NOT ACCEPT a helmet exchange if the helmet has been used, scratched or damaged in any way. ALL tags must be intact, as well as the visor sticker. The Helmet must be in original condition.

Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis by the returns manager and is not approved until inspected in person.

 

APPAREL EXCHANGE:

The Helmet Warehouse will accept an apparel exchange that has been sent back in ORIGINAL CONDITION. ALL tags must be intact.

Request for returns MUST be lodged within 7 days of receipt of goods.

 

FEES:

APPROVED EXCHANGES WILL INCUR IN A $25.00 RESTOCKING FEE PER ITEM + ADDITIONAL $19.95 FLAT RATE POSTAGE FEE. ($25 SHIPPING TO NT WA & TAS)

  • SHOULD THE RETURNED ITEM NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS - The Helmet Warehouse reserve the right to refuse the item returned and charge return postage back to the customer.

The Restocking fee includes Helmet inspection to prove the helmet was not used or damaged so it can be resold with confidence to the next customer.

EXPENSES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS:

Any expenses relating to the return of your product to store will have to be paid by the customer (unless The Helmet Warehouse have incorrectly sent your item).

 

WARRANTY RETURNS:

Warranty claims are all assessed by the manufacturers for an outcome. Products accessed as having a minor fault will be repaired by the manufacturer and returned to you within a reasonable time. Products accessed as having a major fault that is beyond repair will then be replaced. If the product is superseded you will be entitled to a refund.

In some cases, a repair, replacement or refund may not be offered if you:

  • Modified the product

  • Misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels; or

  • Simply change of mind.
