Returns Policy

Application for return of goods must be submitted within the time frame stated below.

The Helmet Warehouse will decline the return of any Helmet for EXCHANGE only 2 days after delivery, except for the rare circumstances of a warranty issue.

Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been used, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised, we will not accept the return.

Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Customer Service Team.

 

Any Electronic Item, except for the rare circumstances of a warranty issue.

Any Apparel request for return 7 days after delivery.

Any Apparel that has been used and not in original condition with all tags intact.

 RETURNS RESTOCKING FEE

A standard $25 fee for items ordered incorrectly by customer.

 

IF YOUR RETURN APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED:

  • Item being returned must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging i.e all tags in place, All boxed items need to be wrapped.
  • Item must be returned to The Helmet Warehouse within 7 working days

The returned item will be investigated in person once it arrives. Should the returned item not meet the requirements and have been used, damaged and not in original condition - The Helmet Warehouse reserve the right to refuse the item returned and charge return postage costs back to the customer.

 

FREIGHT CHARGES:

Freight charges incurred in returning items back to The Helmet Warehouse will be at the customers expense (unless The Helmet Warehouse is at fault) Freight will also be charged back to the customer in this instance.

Freight for any change of mind and Freight back to the customer will incur an additional  freight charge of $15 except for Tasmania, Northern Territory & Western Australia that freight will be $25.
