Sales Agreement

By purchasing online The Helmet Warehouse website, I agree to the following Sales Agreement:

 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE  BY THE HELMET WAREHOUSE:

 

The Helmet Warehouse will decline the return of any Helmet 2  days after delivery, except for the rare circumstances of a warranty issue.

Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been used, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return.

Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Customer Service Team.

Any Electronic Item, except for the rare circumstances of a warranty issue.

Any Apparel request for return 7 days after delivery.

Any Apparel that has been used and not in original condition with all tags intact.

FREIGHT CHARGES:

Freight charges incurred in returning items back to The Helmet Warehouse will be at the customers expense (unless The Helmet Warehouse is at fault) Freight will also be charged back to the customer in this instance.

Freight for any change of mind will incur an additional  freight charge of $15 except for Northern Territory  & Western Australia that freight will be $25. This will also be charged if Order is cancelled by the Customer.

Freight back to the customer for returns will be $15, except for Northern Territory  & Western Australia that freight will be $25.

REDIRECTION FEE

It is crucial that your delivery address is correct. Please double check you have entered the correct address prior to submitting your order. A redirection fee from $40 minimum is charged for any change of address. This fee is what our couriers charge us.

 

SECURITY VERIFICATION

If you have chosen the credit card eWAY payment option, The Helmet Warehouse will conduct a verification procedure prior to dispatching your order to verify that the customer making the online order is also the cardholder.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

If the item is out of stock and is required to be ordered in from the importer, your order status will be "awaiting stock" which can take between 1-5 business days for dispatch.
If we are unable to source the ordered item due to nil stock, discontinued or shipping delays from the importer, The Helmet Warehouse will notify you immediately via phone or email. The customer will have the choice to wait for the item or a full refund will be processed.

 

VISOR POLICY

All helmets listed on our website with a tint or coloured visor is for display purposes only. All helmets come standard with a clear visor, unless the description states otherwise.

 

PRICING POLICY

The Helmet Warehouse will not be held responsible or honour any pricing or product information that has been incorrectly put on the website. All prices, product information and specifications are correct to the best of our knowledge, provided by manufacturers. The Helmet Warehouse reserve the right to change specifications, product information and pricing at any time without notice. All pricing and transactions are in Australian dollars.

 

DELIVERY DELAYS

Due to current crisis across the country, the arrival and departure of freight may be delayed out of The Helmet Warehouses control. Our couriers are working very hard to navigate the best route to get your parcel to you as promptly as possible. We thank you for your understanding.

 

 

POSTAGE BACK TO  THE CUSTOMER WILL BE

$15 FOR 1 ITEM, EACH ADDITIONAL BOX $10 EXTRA ( FOR MOST OF AUSTRALIA)

$25  TO NORTHERN TERRITORY , WESTERN AUSTRALIA AND REMOTE AREA, EACH ADDITIONAL BOX $15 EXTRA
